Oh my! Lillian was a fun sweet girl friend in our high school years! We did all kinds of stuff together, BEHS games, slumber parties, dragging the gut in her new Camaro (which she let me drive)! Getting together with other girlfriends and doing all kinds of silly stuff! I have lots of very good memmories of dear Lillian. After the birth of her babies she got MS, it made her life and her families lives very hard. I missed Lillian a long time ago! She has joined her family and the 1970 BEHS Angels who beat her to heaven!I've never forgotten my dear friend Lillian.
Love Dolores

I met Lillian the first few days of Freshman year, we became close friends and I have a lot of wonderful memories with her....sleepovers, movies, and lots of girl talk with each other.  I still have several notes she wrote me in high school tucked away with sweet memories of a loving friendship.  She was a kind, beautiful person that will always hold a special place in my heart.

Dear Lillian is missed. May she have a sweet life in Heaven. Great friend in High School. She helped me get a lab position at the frozen pea/corn cannery on the rail road tracks.

When Lillian's mother died she asked me to go to the movies with her that night. I told her I was amazed she had it in her to go out but her response was "Life goes on and my mom would want it that way". I somehow never forgot that and I hope her husband, Don, knows Lillian would want that for him.  Lillian and I shared an apartment in Mt. Vernon so many years ago and we enjoyed some great times together. We lost touch after our marriages but I always thought of her as a friend and with fondness. She was such a generous and thoughtful person. May she rest peacefully.

I am so sad to hear of Lillian's passing. When we were both just out of high school we worked together at the Skagit Valley Herald in the circulation dept. Back then they sent the papers in groups of 50 down a converyer belt. Us inserters (there was quite a team) grabbed the stacks and inserted the inner section in the paper and finished put them back on the converyer belt. A string was tied around them with a machine and they were put aside for the delivery drivers. You could always tell the new employers because they had black streaks on their faces. Us emperienced employess learned to scratch our face with the back of our hand or arm. A funny memory.

I got to know Lillian more than I had in grade school. We were friends in about the 7th grade. I was so disappointed I didn't get to go see the Beatles with Lillian and her older sisters!

1972 We almost went to Bassist Fashion Institue in Portland together. And then our lives took a different direction. We were part of a group of friends after high school, Roger, Patty, Brian & Debbie and of course Glenda and others... and Don.

After I moved out of the area in 1984 I only saw her a few times. That's my loss and my grief.
